CRM and management system for a chemical-products distributor: catalog and inventory, counter and delivery sales, orders with states, purchasing, production, clients with running accounts, and multi-branch support.
The problem
The distributor handled split-unit stock (litre, ml, kg, crate), two price lists and delivery-day orders by hand, with no visibility into the business: not what was billed, not what was about to run out, not who owed money.
Features
Inventory split by litre, millilitre, kilo, unit or crate
Counter sales and delivery sales, with retail and wholesale price lists
Orders with a delivery day and preparation states
Client book with credit and debt
Regular and consignment suppliers
Dashboard with KPIs and a weekly sales chart
Purchasing and production modules
Multi-branch
Stock adjustment by barcode from a scanning modal
My responsibility
A four-person team project. My part is the system's frontend: the operations dashboard and its indicators, plus the catalog, inventory, sales and orders screens, wired to the API as the backend lands each module.
